MENTOR SERVICES
Children with mentors have higher rates of high school graduation and are less likely to drop out of school. They find more self-confidence, self esteem, and are able to create big goals for themselves. Additionally, studies show that behavior, attitudes, and relationships improve when a child has a Mentor. The benefits of having a mentor include: To be encouraged and empowered in personal development, assistance in identifying and obtaining career, educational and personal goals and to identify and correct gaps in generic skills and knowledge.
