We're in complicated and uncertain times, Beat the Streets, Inc. understands that right now, more than ever, parents and families need support. We are working to set up ways to safely deliver the various kinds of Triple P-Positive Parenting Program classes that would normally happen face-to-face; unfortunately, at this time we are not able to; therefore, we are now offering virtual classes.

Positive Parenting Program Class
Is a family support designed to prevents as well as treat behavioral and emotional problems in children and pre-teens. It aims to prevent problems in the family, school and community before they arise and to create family environments that encourage children to realize their potential.
This evidence based parenting series will give you practical ideas to help you raise your child, whether you are the biological, caregiver and or grand-parent, Triple P strategies will teach you how to be a confident, competent and resilient child.
Triple P is designed for all families and will give you the skills to respond to the following behaviors:
1. Refusal to follow directions.
2. Tantrums & time-outs.
3. Managing fighting and aggression.
4. Hassle-free shopping with children.
5. Dealing with disobedience.
6. Difficulty with morning & bedtime routines.
7. Other challenging behaviors and more.

Class Information
- Level 4: Group Triple P Program is a broad-based parenting intervention delivered over (5) weeks for parents of children up to 12 years old who are interested in learning a variety of parenting strategy skills.
- The class consists of seven (2 hour) group sessions up to (12) parents.
- Anyone can qualify to take the class, so long as you have children ages (0-12) if, the children have been removed from your care, you still qualify.
- Parents will receive a certificate of achievement upon graduation.
- The date and time of class will be taught in English and will be announced in the month of August. The class will be taught virtually utilizing Zoom to accommodate for social-distancing.
- Wait list is available when a class is full
- Class is offered to everyone, no need to be a parent to sign up.
